Eligibility for Admission
Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate
The Candidate should be an Indian National and Passed 10+2 examinations with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology subject.
Note: Other than Maharashtra State Candidates shall be eligible for Institution quota only.
Provided that there shall be reservations of seats for Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribes candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Gov. / Stat Govt./ Union Territory Administrations as the case may be from time to time and admission procedures is notified by Director of Technical Education Mumbai.
Induction Program
To well come the new members in our family is our tradition. We offered a grand well come to the newly admitted students on 05th Nov. 2023. The students and their parents with their great enthusiasm reported the programme. The program was aimed to enhance student familiarity with the faculties, College campus, its facilities and a plethora of cultural activities of the institution. Like every year, the induction programme was decided to be delivered on three major phases i.e.
Welcome Phase, Academic Phase, and Concluding Phase. To make the students feel comfortable in new environment, open them up, and create bonding in the batch as well as between faculty and students, develop awareness, sensitivity and understanding of the self & society. The various committee members decided to involve expert lectures on various sub-themes including Universal Human Values, Motivational Talks, Academics, Co-curricular & extracurricular activities, Examination and different department information. Along with expert talks the students were exposed to campus, departments, library and office visit for catering their technical side of learning.
NSS ACTIVITY
TREE PLANTATION
A tree plantation program was arranged in K.M.Institute of D.Pharmacy Kaij and our institute where 40 saplings were planted by the NSS volunteers as a helping hand for the betterment of the environment.
Guest Lectures
Mr.Abhijit N.Raut,the guest expert speaker, he discussed about the EXIT EXAM PREPARATION. He gave various examples of which will explain where personality matters and how one can improve his behavior and way of living standards. He also discussed how to think on particular topic and how to take initiative. What is the need to take initiative and how to improve communication skills, how to handle situations. The lecture was very timely and well appreciated by the audience.
He further explained the full-time course will provide knowledge of Introduction to Leadership, Leadership Styles, Interpersonal Relations, Group Dynamics, Team Building and Time Management.
Mr.Datta D.Sirsat, the guest expert speaker he discussed about the CAREER OPTION AFTER PHARMACY. He shared latest guidelines and quality research and development updates that would provide an opportunity to review new techniques and
horizons regarding method development and product development for regulatory market. He also emphasized the pivotal role of pharmacist in pharma Industry.
An industry expert lecture was organized for the students of D. Pharmacy First and Second Year on Jan, 24 2023. The session was taken by Mr. Prakash Lamb, Founder Precident of Centriole Pharma Pune .He is a Pharmacy in 2016, then worked for Medical Representative in various Pharma comanies and presently he run his own third party Centriole Pharma company in Pune. This interaction was based on various aspects of industry based prospects. He cleared various doubts of the students on Industry Job, its subdivisions, career opportunities innumerousarenas.
